"Fabulous place for Dad!"

My dad has dementia/early stage Alzheimer's disease. He also has a bad knee and isn't very mobile. He can't walk long hallways every day to get to meals.

The Arbour Square marketing staff worked with me to find him an apartment next to the elevator - which is perfect.

We attended a "new resident" social on the 3rd day there and my dad met some really nice residents who sat with him and told him that he was going to be fine. They would look out for him once I left - and they did. My dad has nicely adjusted to his new routine. He has made friends and is doing well. He is getting Physical Therapy for his knee and the therapy department there is fantastic.

Arbour Square has literally thought of everything for the aging adult. If you are in the market for a retirement community - check this place out!

My grandmother was a resident at Chestnut Knoll for over 7 years. She was extremely happy and I was very pleased with her care. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and treat residents like family. In addition, since Chestnut Knoll is not too large, the staff quickly learned my grandmother's habits and lifestyle. I am convinced that her last seven years would not have been as fulfilling if she were home - at Chestnut Knoll she had people her own age and activities that stimulated her mind and kept her happy.

Assisted living care is not inexpensive, however, you do get what you pay for and I believe we got the best care possible. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for assisted living in our area.
