David Lovitz, President
David Lovitz has 30 years experience in healthcare management including hospitals, senior living communities and home health care agencies. He is particularly skilled in the development of personnel management systems which drive the growth and success of facilities. He has developed and implemented marketing plans to fill new facilities and maintain outstanding occupancy levels in existing facilities and devised financial reporting systems to manage expenses and create profitability.

David is a graduate of the University of Rochester and holds a Masters Degree from Temple University.

Wes Bartlett, Vice President
Wes Bartlett has been involved in the senior housing and long-term care industries for over 20 years. He previously held high-level management positions for several of the largest nursing homes in Pennsylvania including IHS, Beverly Enterprises and Manor Health Care Corporation. In these positions, he was specifically responsible for the financial turnaround of underperforming facilities.

Wes has a BA in Business Administration/Health Care Management from Penn State University and an MBA from DeSales University.

Mike Phillips, Vice President
Mike Phillips has over 35 years of management and consulting experience in the food service, health care and senior housing industries. Mike has managed organizations ranging in scope from $400 million in sales with 12,000 employees to small companies with 30 employees. He has won several awards for operational excellence and innovative management techniques.

Kevin M. McCollum, Vice President
Kevin McCollum has over 15 years experience in the financing and operation of senior housing facilities. Prior to joining Heritage Senior Living, Kevin was a Vice President of Marketing for Health Care REIT, Inc., one of the largest and most respected publicly traded health care real estate investment trusts.Prior to joining Health Care REIT, Kevin was the director of operations of the Mid-Atlantic region for Newton Senior Living, one of the country's largest owner/operators of assisted living facilities. Kevin has extensive experience in the preparation of operational analyses, financial forecasts, and financial feasibility studies.

Kevin is a graduate of Temple University's School of Business and Management.

Michael McCormick, Vice President, Development
Michael McCormick brings over 15 years of experience in the Senior Housing and Health Care Industry.  Mr. McCormick has broad experience and expertise in the areas of financial feasibility and facilities development. His experience working with facility operators, coupled with his efforts in partnering the real estate development industry with the senior care and support services providers, has gained him wide respect throughout the industry.
